Levelezés Outlookban, ez a hibaüzenet.

2024-ben elég nevetségesen hangzik, hogy valamit nem lehet egy gombnyomással továbbítani. Mit kéne MÉG beállítani?

How did you operate? Could you please provide the detailed operation or a screenshot? (In order to avoid privacy leakage, please remember to hide your personal information. )

Based on my research, i could send a file in Explorer by Share or Send to button, here are the detailed operation:

• Share: Right-click the file you want to send>share. In this case, the default is sent from the administrator account, and the optional recipient can only be within your organization.
• Send to: Right-click the file you want to send(>Show more options)>Send to>Mail Recipient>Outlook mail pop-up interface (may react for a while)， In this case, the sender depends on the default account you log in to Outlook, and the recipient can choose from a wider range.

Meanwhile, here are some steps you may want to take:

1. Check MAPI Support: The "Send to Mail Recipient" option requires a classic desktop email client with MAPI support, like Office Outlook. It will not work with Store apps like Mail.
2. Check Default Mail Client Settings: Settings > Apps > Default apps>Outlook, ensure that Outlook is set as the default email client.
