I am trying to migrate the RHEL 9 physical VM to azure using azure migrate but Unable to find Mobility Agent it available only till RHEL 8?

Where to find the RHEL 9 mobility agent for migrating the rhel 9 vm to azure. If the mobility agent is not available then how to migrate. Please note that in support document microsoft mentioned there is support for RHEL 9.

Hi @Prathip M , I understand you're asking about Mobility Agent for RHEL 9.

Please make sure that your Azure Site Recovery appliance is updated to the latest, which is Update rollup 76, with Mobility service agent 9.63.7187.1.

Follow this guidance on getting the installation file from ASR appliance server: Install the Mobility service using UI (Modernized).

I have Used the latest version only ASRunifiedsetup as shown in the below image

Also In mobility agent we are unable to find RHEL 9 only RHEL 7 & 8 is present

Hi @Prathip M , you're using Mobility Service Agent 9.63.7233.1 which is intended for "Classic VMware/Physical to Azure". You need to use "Modernized VMware/Physical to Azure":

Download Microsoft ASR replication appliance OVF template (version 9.63.7187.1 )

Mobility service (version 9.63.7187.1)

Is it only through modernized method we can replicate RHEL9 machine or is there any way to do it from classic method itself.

Hi @Prathip M , support for Linux Red Hat Enterprise versions 8.9, 8.10, 9.0, 9.1, 9.2, 9.3 and 9.4 is only available for Modernized experience and isn't available for Classic experience.

You can now move your existing replicated items to modernized VMware disaster recovery experience. Learn more.

To set up a new ASR appliance (Modernized), you can use an OVF template (recommended) or PowerShell.

Hi @Silvia Wibowo , Through powershell script the appliance has been installed without any issue. But after that the appliance screen didnot open and i am unable to register the appliance with azure. How to register the appliance now is there any application which i need to run to open the appliance configuration screen?
