I have a Lenovo ThinkPad W510 Laptop running on WIN10. I downloaded an Intel Blutooth driver because it didnt have one. However, three days ago my driver disappeared from my computer. Looked in Device Manager- nothing. I went on the manufacturer's page and they said they didnt have a Blutooth driver update that's compatible for WIN10 BUT I INSTALLED THE UPDATE FROM THEIR SITE!!! I even had a MS operator remotely control my system and couldnt resolve the issue. I dont understand?

Lenovo ThinkPad W510 product is regarded as end-of-life and will not be further updated by Lenovo. That's the reason why you didn't get the desired driver.

You may visit the Intel Driver & Support Assistant and scan your system.

Download the appropriate driver for your Intel Bluetooth hardware.
