Hi, i want to change my suscription to role-based access control (RBAC). In this moment, the only message that i obtain in the overview Change service administrator functionality is no longer supported. What can i do?

Title: Issue Assigning RBAC Role from Access Control

Body: Hello, I am trying to assign an RBAC role using the "Access Control -> Classic Administrator" option, but I am receiving the following error message:

"The client <clientname> with object ID <objectid> does not have authorization to perform the action XXX/write over scope XX/subscription or the scope is invalid."

Could you help me understand why this error occurs and how I can resolve it?
