Issue with Incorrect Logo Displayed in Word Document on iPhone

Hi Microsoft Support,

I am using a Word (.docx) document as a template, which includes a logo. However, when the document is opened on an iPhone, using the Preview app (not the Word app), it displays a different company's logo instead of the logo I set in the document. When the document is opened in the Word app on the iPhone, the correct logo appears.

I would like to understand why this issue is occurring and how I can avoid it. Is there any way to inspect and reveal hidden images in the .docx file? I have read about inspecting the document and removing hidden content, but when I do this, it removes the new logo as well.

Additionally, I have seen references in forums to using the "Show picture placeholders" option in the "Show document content" section of the Advanced settings in Word to view hidden images. However, this option is no longer available in my version of Word.

Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve this issue and ensure the correct logo is always displayed, regardless of the app or device used to open the document?

Thank you for your help.

Best regards,

Bitten
