What autorisation do I need to see all support requests of my organisation

Pls advice what autorisation I need to see all support requests that are posted on behalf of my company. At this moment I can only see my own support requests and not the ones posted by my colleagues.

    • Service Support Admin: This role allows you to view and manage all support requests within your organization.
    • Global Admin: As a Global Admin, you can access all Microsoft 365 admin center aspects, including all support requests.

    For Azure: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/role-based-access-control/built-in-roles

    • Support Request Contributor Role: This role enables you to create and manage support requests for Azure services. This is limited to managing the service requests within the subscription and least privilege.
    • Contributor or Owner Role: These roles also provide permissions to manage support requests within Azure.
