    Hi Mingchuan,

Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

There could be several reasons why you are not eligible for a free Azure account. Here are a few possible reasons:

    1. You may have already used up your free trial period: Azure offers a free trial period of 12 months for new customers. If you have already used up your free trial period, you may not be eligible for another free account.
    2. You may have already signed up for a free account with the same email address: Each email address can only be used once to sign up for a free Azure account. If you have already signed up with the same email address, you may not be able to sign up again.
    3. You may have provided invalid or incomplete information during the sign-up process: Azure requires certain information to verify your identity and eligibility for a free account. If you provided incorrect or incomplete information during the sign-up process, your account may not have been approved.
    4. You may be located in a country or region that is not eligible for a free account: Azure offers free accounts in certain countries and regions. If you are located in a country or region that is not eligible for a free account, you may not be able to sign up for one.
