Experiencing problems while trying to purchase the Help + Support plan for a Microsoft Azure Sponsorship Subscription. Initially attempted to buy the Developer subscription but accidentally purchased the Standard subscription instead. Multiple attempts to revert back to the Developer subscription have not completed successfully.

Is there a way to switch back to the Developer subscription? Additionally, do the Micrsoft Founders credits cover these plans?

Many thanks,
