I am encountering the error 'RPC server is unavailable (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800706BA),' and when attempting to establish an RDP connection to the device, I receive the error 'Target account name is incorrect.'

In the SCCM server, I attempted to connect to a device via RDP but encountered an error message stating "Target account name is incorrect." Additionally, the error "RPC server is unavailable (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800706BA)" was also observed.
