I have other account with the problem; xxxxx@hotmail.com

I've been getting this error message whenever I try to activate the 30 days recovery for my 2FA account (not the one I'm currently using to write this).

I changed my iPhone and forgot to sync the authenticator apps; now I can't log in to my account because I also forgot the last password I left. Help me recover my account, please. It's been 30 days and I still haven't received a response to my request.
