MS Expert Did Not Show Up at Booked Meeting??

We recently signed up to Founder's Hub and have $5,000 in credits. In an effort to increase our engagement score, we booked a time with a Microsoft expert to ask some questions. We waited for 10 minutes past the meeting time and the expert did not show up or message us in any way.

What recourse do we have? I have emailed the expert, but is there another channel I can report this to?
