Use quarantine notifications

How can I customize the quarantine email template in Microsoft 365 Defender to translate the email body into Azerbaijani without using PowerShell? I want to ensure the subject line, body text, and all relevant sections are user-friendly for Azerbaijani-speaking users. Is there a way to do this directly in the Admin Center or Defender Portal?

To customize quarantine notifications for different languages from the Microsoft Defender portal without using PowerShell, please follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to Quarantine Policies.
2. On the Quarantine policies page, select Global settings.
3. In the Quarantine notification settings flyout, follow these steps:
   • Select the desired language from the Choose language box. The default language is English (USA).
   • Choose the language that best suits your needs.
