Hello,
Check if any error appears in the Event Viewer near the time of shutdown.
Event ID 41: Indicates that the system rebooted without a clean shutdown, usually due to a power problem or system crash.
Event ID 1074: This usually indicates that a computer shutdown or reboot was initiated by a user or system process.
Event ID 6008: This event indicates an incorrect or dirty shutdown. This message is logged when the most recent unexpected shutdown occurs.
You can view these events by following these steps:
Press Win + R to open the Run dialogue box, type eventvwr.msc and press Enter.
In the Event Viewer, navigate to Windows Logs > System.
Look for the above event IDs and view the details to know the exact cause of the error.
Or you can set the dump file type in the settings in advance, and the corresponding dump file will be generated when the computer crashes, and you can troubleshoot through the dump file. The setup path is as follows:
Setting>>About>>System Protection>>Settings under "Startup and Recovery", configure the dump file type here.
Best Regards,
Hania Lian
