DPM 2019 - Problema na restauração de dados em nuvem

Bom dia

Estamos com problemas na restauração de dados em nuvem. Em Qualquer ponto online ocorre o erro ID: 100176

Já fizemos a atualização do MARS para a última versão disponível 2.0.9251.0 e downgrades de acordo com a versão do DPM (5.1.378.0 - Version 1807) e o problema persiste.

Podem nos apoiar no caso?

    Hi,

    This error can occur if you use an older DPM or MABS version that doesn't support iSCSI-based item-level recoveries, and upgrade to MARS 2.0.9266.0 or later.

    • In DPM 2022, MABS v4 and DPM 2019 UR4 we had moved away from using File Catalog to using iSCSI mount for item level recoveries. This led to faster backup times and lesser errors due to file catalog being out of date or not uploaded correctly.

    So, if you are using DPM version (5.1.378.0 - Version 1807) then you need to upgrade to DPM 2019 UR4 and this should fix this error.
