BitLocker and Recovery Issue

Our Environment since the recent patch release faced issue with BitLocker. does nay one know how to remediate this issue. BitLocker key is not working.

1,Could you kindly let us know which update caused the BitLocker issue? How many clients are facing this issue?

2,How do you deploy the update to clients? Does the issue disappear if we uninstall the update manually?

3,If possible, please share the error screenshot for further investigation.
