Attempting to sync an AD DS to an active O365 admin account with licensed accounts. I am running a custom Microsoft Entra Connect Sync to test a Test OU with a Test User, I have the Test User also licensed and added in O365. I have current employees setup this way and wanted to test the sync to see how the Test accounts are affected.

When configuring I receive the attached error. I read that it will take up to 72 hours to resolve itself in Microsoft documentation, but wanted to confirm if anyone else had this issue and how it was resolved.

Thank you for your time,

Cesar

    Hi @Cesar Gomez
Thank you for reaching Microsoft Q&A forum!
Yes, you are correct if directory synchronization isn't completely activated or deactivated. It may take up to 72 hours for activation or deactivation to finish.
The other side, I would like to know is your issue is fixed by itself, if not please let us know what the error is you getting.
