To further troubleshoot this issue, please kindly try below steps:
- Run SFC tool to check if there's any corrupted system files by CMD command:
sfc /scannow
2.Ensure that the .NET Framework 3.5 is installed, which is required for some Windows features:
3.Check that if WSUS server is configured to use TLS 1.2.
4.Check event viewer and see if there's any insight in Windows Logs > Application.
