Hello Data Protection Support

I have a global admin, owner and root user for the main tenant and I can able to access it using MFA using my personal iPhone,

however, I have created another tenant as B2CTenant for SSO activity.

All of a sudden I lost my secondary iPhone attached to B2C Tenant (Which uses the same credentials used in Main Tenant)

Kindly Support us our B2C tenant is not able to login due to MFA issue. It is impacting our business. this need to be resolved as soon as possible. I have already created the ticket a week ago,

Microsoft 365 Data Protection - TrackingID#2412030040005494

And done the domain Validation process as well.

however still I can't access the B2C Tenant. All I want is to switch to the B2C Tenant from the Main Tenant without MFA, Because It ask the Auth code or use the Authentication app,

Can someone give me some direct me to better contacts to recover the B2C Tenant,

Thanks,

    @Ruwan Liyanage

    As per our conversation in previous comments you had issue logging into your B2C tenant.

    You had raised a support ticket with our data protection team. Team verified your ownership and helped you with MFA reset. Now you are able to login to your tenant.
