Thank you for connecting with me offline and providing the necessary information to investigate this issue.
After consulting with the Product Group (PG) team, they identified that the issue was caused by a problem with the AAD user details. Specifically, the error occurred because our service was unable to retrieve the user ID from Entra.
The PG team has released a hotfix to address this issue and implemented improvements to ensure that such cases do not occur again in the future.
