HoloLens 2 Not Powering On

Hello,

My HoloLens 2 was functioning normally until recently. After having used it for sometime when I connected it to my computer via USB, the computer displayed the attached pop-up and the device became unresponsive and will no longer turn on.

Attempts to charge it have been unsuccessful—none of the indicator lights for charging or powering on are displaying. I tested another HoloLens 2 with the same computer, and it works fine, so the issue seems specific to this device. Looking for insights or troubleshooting steps to resolve this issue.
