No apps show up when searching to add an IOS app store application

Question

We are trying to set up applications to install via Intune to our apple devices. The devices are showing up in Intune and are assigned a group already. But when we go to add an application from the IOS app store, nothing shows up when we search it.

No applications show up at all. I have tried it by app ID number, Website link, as well as searching for just the name. Please help us figure out why no applications show up during this search.

@Sean, Thanks for posting in Q&A. Based on my researching, Microsoft Intune uses the Microsoft Store for Business and Education to manage and distribute apps to devices. If the app is published on the Apple App Store, it may not be automatically available in Intune.

To make the app available in Intune, you can ask the app developer to submit it to the Microsoft Store for Business and Education. Here is a link with more details.
