We are running the latest version of Teams for macOS, and after around 30 mins or so, the calls will drop. Wi-Fi or network connectivity is not the issue here as it occurs either on Wi-Fi or hard wired on a 1GB internet connection - it even occurs on home wi-fi or office.
Looking at the logs, it is crashing out the media service and we assumed it was because the standard Teams Audio Driver wasn't installed, so we deployed this and are still having issues.
The Macs are running CrowdStrike (latest version of Falcon Sensor) and latest public release of Teams, along with the Audio Driver. Some Macs are running 15.1.1 and others are running 14.7.1 - the errors and results are the same.
Has anyone else been having this issue? and if so, do we know the fix? Ideally I'd like Microsoft to acknowledge the issue and fix it. I've tried to submit a support request but not able to as Teams nor Mac is in the drop down options.
Any feedback or replies on this would be greatly appreciated.
