How to Resolve Current Cost Issue on Subscription Tab

I created an Azure Student Subscription. When I try to create a Windows virtual machine, the same error message keeps appearing.

Hi, Student or Free accounts have certain limits on what resources you can deploy.

You can see a list of supported resource types here: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/free/students

In regards to the other subscription, if you didn't create them, then its possible someone else with access to that subscription did. You should be ale to go back through the activity logs, or take a look at Change Analysis to see who/what created and modified them.
