@Łukasz Zięba Thank you for contacting us!
I see that you're encountering a couple of issues with Azure Site Recovery.
Issue #1 - Error 70094 during the first synchronization of Azure Site Recovery: This error typically occurs when the virtual machine is not highly available. To resolve this, you can try the following steps: Applicable in case of Hyper-V to Azure scenario
- Restart the VMM service on the VMM server.
- Remove the virtual machine from the cluster and add it again.

Issue #2 - MARS agent installation verification failed: You're seeing this error because the expected version of the MARS agent is 2.0.9940.0, but the latest available version is 2.0.9273.0. Here are some steps you can take to resolve this issue:
- Uninstall the current MARS agent on the host.
- Download and install the latest version of the MARS agent
- Verify that the correct version is installed and try the synchronization again.
Or try updating "AzureSiteRecoveryProvider"? Refer to Learn more about update installation and support.
