Is there any API connected my DIY graphic tablet to windows inking platform?

I have DIY a graphic tablet which send position and pressure data to PC by serial port. I want to connect the device to Windows inking platform. I know Windows.UI.Input.Inking give powerful APIs accessed to pen and inking. Is there any API can connected my tablet to windows ink? Or how to write a driver to realize it?

According to the document ,
By default, ink is supported for pen input only. If you try to write or draw with your finger, your mouse, or your touchpad, you'll be disappointed. To turn that frown upside down, you need to add a second line of code. This time it’s in the code-behind for the XAML file in which you declared your InkCanvas.
You can try this method, set the InputDeviceTypes property of the InkPresenter to the combination of CoreInputDeviceTypes values that you want.
inkCanvas.InkPresenter.InputDeviceTypes = Windows.UI.Core.CoreInputDeviceTypes.Mouse | Windows.UI.Core.CoreInputDeviceTypes.Touch | Windows.UI.Core.CoreInputDeviceTypes.Pen;Thank you.

My question is how to connected my DIY graphic tablet to microsoft's inking framework so that I can use windows inking on my device. Maybe windows inking support some APIs to input pointer event. Or maybe I need to write some driver. I want to know is there any document help me realize it.
