How to extend the Sandbox account since we are not able to create a new one?

We're currently working on updating the company-wide email signature in our Sandbox environment. However, we've encountered an issue where Exchange Online is not visible in the MS 365 admin center for the Sandbox environment, despite having access to it before. Additionally, when attempting to create a new Sandbox account, we received a message stating we are not eligible for a Sandbox account at this time. Efforts to reach out to the Microsoft Developers Team have been unsuccessful as well, as their email appears to be retired, resulting in a bounced back email.

    Hi, @Nawid Haidari

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

According to your description, you have encountered the problem that Exchange Online is not visible in the MS 365 admin center in the sandbox environment, and the Sandbox account cannot be used. You can try to check the following information to troubleshoot the error:

    1. First, regarding the problem that the MS 365 admin center is not visible, you need to confirm that the account with administrator privileges is logged in to the admin center.
    2. Try to clear the browser cache and then log in.
    3. Try to use another browser or try to connect to another network to see if the problem still occurs.
    4. Check the Exchange Online service in the Office 365 admin center to see if any service is interrupted.
    5. Regarding the inability to use the Sandbox account, can you check whether your subscription has expired?
