Hello together,

When I try to set up an instant sandbox for Microsoft 365 as part of Microsoft 365 Dev Program (https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/profile), I am getting the following error:

We can't continue with the signup process for the following reason:

Your phone number is already associated with an existing developer account.

For help with your Microsoft account, go to Microsoft account and verify your information.

MS-CorrelationId: xxxxxxxxxxxxx

Code: 40901

I think, I have created a profile with this phone number in the past, but I can't remember.

Is there a way about how to retrieve the existing profile and link it with my profile, or remove the profile so I can create a new instant sandbox?

Thank you in advance for your support.

Best regards

Knut

    Hello ,

Sorry for the direct approach. May I ask if you eventually obtained a response to your question ? I have the same problem but it seems deliberate at their end (seen the difficulties), can you confirm if you managed to resolve the issue or to contact someone from Microsoft (only broken links and non corresponding options provided by the bots).

Thanks in advance for your help.
