Does Global Secure Access Private Access support Group Policy updates?

We are testing Microsoft Entra Global Secure Access with Private Access and Private DNS.
So far we have not been able to run Group Policy Updates for the client from the OnPrem Active Directory via Private Access. Should Private Access support this process?
All other connections over Private Access are working fine so far (rdp, https, ...)
Config:
Private DNS enabled
Enterprise App Destination: All Domaincontrollers
Enterprise App Ports: 1-1000 TCP/UDP
