Have you verified if the sync status on both the server and the Azure portal is up to date? If there are delays in processing, it could take a while to complete the calculations. You can check the logs for any further details or errors.

You can check the sync status on the Storage Sync Service (in the Azure portal) to see if the sync progress is stuck due to network issues, system resources, or specific file issues.

On the server, you can check the sync agent logs for more insights. These logs should provide detailed error codes or any connectivity issues that are causing the sync to halt.

Location of the sync logs: C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Azure\StorageSync\ (for the sync agent logs).

Verify the health of the Storage Sync Agent on both the cloud and the on-premises server. The agent may need to be reinstalled or updated if the status shows persistent issues.

You can update the agent from the Azure portal or manually download the latest version.

If the issue persists after following the above steps, consider contacting Azure Support for assistance with troubleshooting.
