data from on-premises to azure and azure to on-premises

Hello, I'm a beginner with very little experience in azure. Please understand.

I'm going to store the data (such as files) from the physical server (linux) in azure storage through azure and bring it to the local server when I want to use it.

1. So I considered the data box gateway, does it have to make a virtual device (hyper-v, vmware)?
2. In addition, I am considering on-premises data gateway architecture, and I wonder if I can exchange azure cloud storage and on-premises data smoothly.

If there is another good way to do it, I would appreciate it if you could recommend it.

You can also check for Blobfuse or NFS to mount your storage account on the Linux servers and transfer the data.
