sharepoint to drive maps

Question

hello when some users in my company open windows explorer (the log on to a windows 2016 server true citrix vda) the are opening the s-drive and this drive makes an connectios with sharepoint and they see de folders from the sharepoint sites the are following. (the s-drive is created by an powershell script.)

but the problem is that some folders are white and cannot be opened. does anyone have an idea?

I assume you mapped a SharePoint site as network drive to the local machine. Would you like to provide a screenshot about the part "some folders are white and cannot be opened".

Does this issue occur on all libraries or certain ones? And if possible please share us with the PowerShell script thus we can test with it.

Does this issue occur on all libraries or certain ones? --> some not all.

the user clicks on follow in the site the want to follow and than the can open this site in the windows explorer drive.
