Hi!

So I'm working as an IT-tech and one of my customers asked about the possibility to customize the Outlook ribbon. Instead of it being blue, they would want it in a pink color with their logo. Is this possible?

    Hi Rebecca,

Actually you can pick any of the default backgrounds and/or themes, but you cannot customize the look or the colours specifically. Please feel free to check out this article for more information:

    Hi @Rebecca Gustafsson ,

Agree with @Burak VAROL , if you mean the blue Outlook ribbon like below, I'm afraid that Outlook cannot support the customization for now and we can only change it via using different themes in Office.

If you still would like this feature, you could create a thread in Outlook User voice, then other users will could vote on it for you, Microsoft may notice it and add it in the later version.
