Can not add my work account to my laptop

Question

Hi all,

I cannot add my work account to my laptop. I have tried restarting my computer but it does not work. Every time it will show something went wrong.

I have windows 11 pro edition also can you let me know what are the setting that should be enabling or disabling as an admin in azure ad?

Click "Mobility (MDM and WIP" on the left. (can see this)
can't find below(all screen shots provided above)
Set "Windows Information Protection (WIP) user scope" to None

Note: If you've never used this screen before, maybe because you don't use Intune, it may seem that you can't save changes. This is because it's missing the URLs. Click the two "Restore" blue links to address that. Now you will be able to Save. (does this mean these two links being displayed in Microsoft Intune screen that appear above ??)

Any suggestions?

From the second screenshot you provided, it seems that you didn't enable automatic MDM enrollment. To clarify this issue, we appreciate your help to collect some information:

1.Please make sure you have Microsoft Entra ID Premium subscription and intune license.

2.Then you can set up automatic enrollment.

3.Please check if the MDM authority shows "Microsoft intune" under Tenant admin > Tenant details in intune portal.

If above steps are finished, you can try to add your work account (which has an intune license) under Settings > Accounts > Access work or school. This device will be enrolled to intune.
