I did and found out that my company is eligible to receive fast track support. I submitted a request to fast track support on 18 December 2023 and was notified we were approved to receive the support on 19 December 2023, but everything went a stand still because they were trying to reach me within my azure environment instead of my work email. I tried to get support from microsoft support line to help me get in contact with someone and still running into brick walls. I need a life line ASAP.

Hi @Anonymous FastTrack for Azure requires a nomination from a partner or an internal business unit. For you, that would be the people who are selling you Azure and aligned to your account. At this point and juncture, you would need to reach out to the sales contact at Microsoft for your company to help you with getting FastTrack engaged.
