Why Microsoft default games disappeared from Edge Browser side bars, replaced by third-party website games?

I am playing the Farm Merge Valley games powered by Zynga, which has been showing on the Edge Browser side bars. Today these links are gone, instead the games are replaced by web games provided by third-party sites in the area I am currently residing. Can we get the games back? Thanks.

You can find the game by following methods:

Enter the Edge Browser Sidebar Games page, search Farm Merge Valley game.

Also, form your Edge Startup page, find the Play button in the upper section of startup page and in this page, you could find Farm Merge Valley game.

On the Farm Merge Valley game page, customize sidebar click +Add current page.

Thanks Wenying for this but it is not helpful. Can you please look into it a bit further?

Let me just clarify again. The games have changed all of sudden in the Sidebar. All what is left are a bunch of web games provided by third-party sites, or in my case, 4399.com. There will no results if I search for "Farm Merge Valley" or any English keywords. Other old games that I have played in the past, such as Idle Mining or something, all disappeared.

I am disappointed that there is this sudden change that nullifies all the time gamers spent in these stuff which were directly provided by Edge in the first place.

In short, your answer is not helpful, unfortunately. The edge search box returns no result if i search for farm merge valley. It is all now web games by 4399.com. All other games are missing, such as Idle Mining or something.

You can try the following ways to fix this issue:

What's the version of your Edge browser? Please try upgrading to the latest version and check if the issue persists.

Try to reset Edge settings. Go to Edge Settings > Reset settings > in the right pane, click "Restore settings to their default values" > click "Reset".

Try to repair Edge. Open Control Panel> Uninstall a program> Microsoft Edge> Repair.

Hi @Wenying Lu-MSFT a quick update - i've tried your steps, unfortunately they didnt work. i am still seeing web games offered by 4399.com, all previous games are gone
