I've found that I get this error if I include a link in the question.
By removing the link, I could get my question to post.

Is there a limit on the characters to post? The message was a bit long and it just contained 3 blocks of code. :(

In my case, I could post a link, however I was prohibited from entering "dot htaccess", that is, the filename described here: https://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.4/howto/htaccess.html; not sure if this holds to all dot-prefixed words.

I also found this was a problem when pasting HTTP headers. If I included the header text (even in a code block) for the following, I got the error. Looks like some form of content analysis going wrong.
