If you have recently made significant changes to your system and the error started occurring afterward, you can try using System Restore to revert your system to a previous stable state.
========
You'll need a bootable Windows 10 installation USB drive or DVD to access the Startup Repair tool. If you don't have one, you can create one on another Windows 10 computer using the Media Creation Tool provided by Microsoft.
Insert the Windows 10 installation media into your computer and restart it.
You may need to change the boot order in your computer's BIOS or UEFI settings to boot from the installation media.
When your computer boots from the installation media, you'll see the Windows Setup screen. Click the "Next" button, but don't proceed with the installation. Instead, click the "Repair your computer" link at the bottom left corner.
select "Troubleshoot." > select "Advanced options." > "Startup Repair"
