Who to contact at microsoft to report malicious activity

We are seeing attacks on our Azure hosted website coming from ip addresses in China and Singapore. It looks like an automated vulnerability scanner. It has been going on for a couple of days. They seem to be enumerating our various sub domains.

How do I report this malicious activity to microsoft?
