I need the voice engine to pronounce the words in phonemes and syllables

I need someone to help me do that I need the voice engine to pronounce the words into phonemes, sounds, and syllables for an educational app for children to help the early readers and it's built on flutter, so is there a way to do that?

@George gamil Thanks for the question. Currently text to speech pronunciation can be improved using SSML.
