As a seller, you can:

  • Import meeting details from Outlook/Exchange into Dynamics 365 Sales.
  • Fetch meetings that are coming up in the next 24 hours and the next 7 days.
  • Get detailed overviews that include information about the meeting, the associated opportunity, and any open tasks and cases related to that opportunity.
