Warehouse Shipment Status (report)
The Warehouse Shipment Status report shows an overview of source documents that are open and have items shipped, or are due to ship, per location.
Use the report for all locations that require shipments. The report shows:
- Locations
- Bin codes
- Document status
- Quantities
Use cases
Warehouse supervisors use the report to:
- Monitor the status of warehouse shipments for each location and bin code to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Identify outstanding shipments and fulfill them as soon as possible.
- Monitor the accuracy of inventory levels by comparing shipped and due quantities with actual inventory levels.
Customer service representatives use the report to:
- Provide customers with accurate information about the status of their shipments.
- Monitor the accuracy of shipment information so they can notify customers about delays or changes in delivery dates.
- Identify issues with shipments and work with the warehouse team to resolve them.
