Remarks

The read-only state of the document associated with the calling text range.

Note

If a document or file is read-only, but you can still edit it and save it as another file, the text is not considered read-only.

This identifier is used by UI Automation providers. UI Automation client applications should use the equivalent field in TextPattern.

Values for this attribute are of type Boolean.

The default value is false.
