OperationContractAttribute.Name Property

Gets or sets the name of the operation.

Property Value

Type: System.String
The name of the operation.

Exceptions

Exception Condition
ArgumentNullException

Name is nulla null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic).

ArgumentOutOfRangeException

The value is an empty string.

Remarks

Use the Name property to override the <operation> element name in WSDL. The default operation name is the name of the implementing method.
