Parameters
- name
Type: System.String
The name of the event to search for.
- bindingAttr
Type: System.Reflection.BindingFlags
A bitwise combination of values that limits the search.
Return Value
Type: System.Reflection.EventInfo
The event that is declared or inherited by the type with the specified name, or nulla null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic) if there are no matches.

Remarks
This method is not supported for incomplete types. Get the completed type by calling CreateType, and use reflection on the completed type.
