Using command-line tools

Create a new cluster or administer an existing cluster.

Create and manage backup copies of the Internet Information Services (IIS) configuration (metabase and schema) of a remote or local computer.

Start or stop the File Server for Macintosh service or the Print Server for Macintosh service.

Create, modify, or delete directory objects on computers running Windows Server 2003 operating systems or Windows XP Professional; extend the schema, export Active Directory user and group information to other applications or services, or populate Active Directory with data from other directory services.

LDIFDE

Manage a server running Remote Installation Services.

Risetup

Communicate with the Service Controller and installed services; retrieve or set control information about services.

SC

Display detailed configuration information about a computer and its operating system, including operating system configuration, security information, product ID, and hardware properties, such as RAM, disk space, and network cards.

Systeminfo

Install or upgrade to a product in the Windows Server 2003 family.
