To change client screen area
Open Remote Desktops snap-in.
If you have not already done so, create the connection.
In the console tree, right-click the connection you want to change.
In the context menu, click Properties.
On the Screen Options tab, choose the desktop size you want or enter a custom desktop size. The default is Expand to fill MMC Result Pane.
Notes
To open Remote Desktops, click Start, click Control Panel, double-click Administrative Tools, and then double-click Remote Desktops.
Changes to the connection take effect the next time you connect to the server.
