Potential Conflicts with the Global Logger Session

The Update Compatibility Evaluator (UCE) uses the Global Logger session to trace registry, file, and module load activity occurring early in the operating system boot process. The registry values configured for the Global Logger session also affect any provider that logs an event to the Global Logger session. Applications or drivers that use the Global Logger session must reconfigure the Global Logger session registry values after uninstalling the UCE.
The UCE sets the values to the registry key, as shown in the following table.
