propertyAppliedBy method

Returns the rule that has the highest specificity in the collection.

 

Syntax

HRESULT retVal = object.propertyAppliedBy(name, ppRule);

Parameters

• name [in]
  Type: BSTR

  The property that the returned results are applied to.

• ppRule [out, retval]
  Type: IHTMLStyleSheetRule

  The IHTMLStyleSheetRule rule that has the highest specificity.

Return value

Type: HRESULT

If this method succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.
