Remarks
The IHTMLRuleStyle2::pixelBottom property reflects the value of the Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) IHTMLRuleStyle2::bottom attribute.
Unlike the IHTMLRuleStyle2::bottom property, the IHTMLRuleStyle2::pixelBottom value is an integer, not a string, and is always interpreted in pixels.
