Remarks
Windows Internet Explorer 8. The IHTMLStyle2::layoutGridLine attribute is an extension to CSS, and can be used as a synonym for layout-grid-line in IE8 Standards mode.
The visual effects of the IHTMLStyle2::layoutGridLine attribute are similar to the IHTMLRuleStyle::lineHeight property.
Web documents in Asian languages, such as Chinese or Japanese, usually create a page layout for characters using a one- or two-dimensional grid. You can use the IHTMLStyle2::layoutGrid attribute to incorporate this layout into Web documents.
The IHTMLStyle2::layoutGridLine attribute applies only to block-level elements.
Note For this property to have an effect, the IHTMLStyle2::layoutGridMode attribute must be set to line or both.
